Grade: PMG Gem UNC 66 EPQ
A note that sold as a raw Gem several years ago and PMG has obviously concurred with that assessment. Top Pop by far at PMG and PCGS has only graded one note at this level. We don't care what the population reports state; this is a darn tough note in such a lofty rarified state with its new owner likely locking it in the vault for years to come.
