One of the nicest examples we have seen of this issue. To your cataloger's knowledge no CU notes are known to exist. PMG has graded a single AU and this note is tops at PCGS. Decent VFs bring a few hundred dollars with this note being far more exceptional. Newman values this at $2,000 in XF and $4,000 in UNC.
