This is virtually identical to the 10˘ proof that is in this sale, with the same stains and the same corner glue mounting from where it was removed from board. Listed in Milt's Encyclopedia as unique and, for what it's worth, we have not been able to find another auction record recently aside from this piece. A great esoteric Fractional item.
