PA165-G42. Hoober 148-21. State Capitol and adjacent buildings at center. HARRISBURG PENNSYLA in oval at right. Hoober has the date incorrectly listed as 1829; it is indeed 1825. A very scarce note to find with any grade at all, and this is a nice one. Bold pen signatures of John Foster, Cashier, and Thomas Elder, President.
