This $5 Brown Back, that was previously laminated, has great signatures of two members of the Marshall family. Definitely not an FRB title! The note is listed as CU in the Track & Price census...oops!. Here is a wonderful $5 Brown Back from this Putnam County family named bank with 19 large notes reported. This is an amazing case where restoration saved this previously laminated example; completely reversed and removed. The note has broad margins and excellent color, as well as wonderful pen signatures of H.D. Marshall, President and R.B. Marshall.
