There were four national banks in this Fayette County town and two issued Red Seals. This bank printed 2,900 sheets of $5-$5-$5-$5s and 2,130 sheets of $10-$10-$10-$20s. This is the only #1 Red Seal known and there is only one other lower grade note in the census. This is a beauty with excellent centering, great originality and pen signatures of S.S.
