This is the only national bank from this Lackawanna County community and they printed 3,500 sheets of $10-$10-$10-$20 Red Seals. This specimen is evenly-circulated with a tiny edge nick and a few other wear-induced flaws. This is the only Red Seal out of nine large notes reported.
