A fresh, high quality note that has only had two large notes offered at public sale since 2003. This note is clearly the finest known on the bank. Excellent blue-green stamped signatures. Olney was founded as the seat of Richland County, incorporated in 1848. In 1856 Abraham Lincoln and Stephen A. Douglas both spoke in Olney on the same day at different rallies. It is said that the local newspaper was the first publication to be officially in favor of Lincoln.
