A very scarce Woods-Tate Treasury signature combination as well as being the so called 'fourth charter'. Serial #17 from the 61 large notes reported and with plate engraved signatures. The note looks Gem but the graders did not agree. A '64' recently achieved $1,880 at auction in January .
