This note has so much going for it in so many ways. The bank is scarce in large size with 13 notes reported. That gets stretched pretty thin since the "first 100 charter" collectors will be all over this Red Seal, as will be the state buyers looking for this one-bank town. In addition, the more than acceptable, problem-free grade, and the delicate pen signatures just say "Buy Me!" Signed by Wm. H. Phipps, President and Joseph Yoerg, Cashier.
