When I first picked up this note I was shocked at the quality. From the bright colors, to the lack of handling and to the full margins, everything said this note was special. The available data bears that out, as there are precious few 1882 $10 Datebacks in uncirculated condition from Wisconsin, most of them being from this bank in a narrow serial number range. Both officers signed in pen and the President was H.F. Hagemeister. Graded Superb Gem New 67 PPQ by PCGS.
