I am amazed to see this note in this quality except that Stack's had a group of notes from XF to Gem years ago. This note was saved by the bankers that oversubscribed to this issue because the notes were convertible with accrued interest at 4% and were convertible to 4% bonds upon presentation in amounts of $50 or more. This note has been graded Gem UNC 66 by PMG.
