This is a rare, early Middletown bank that has only nine large notes reported. This one is a vertical charter number $20 with even, overall circulation, probably a VF 20. The pen signatures are excellent of Benjamin Douglas and John N. Camp. The note does have a couple of pinholes. According to Track & Price there have only been three large notes ever publicly offered.
