This note absolutely has the look of a Gem but there is one fold visible and another that may or may not be. The centering is excellent, the color is great and so is the paper quality. This note appears in medium circulation grades but I would have to see a Gem to believe it, and feeling the quality of this note could make it close to the finest known for the signature combination. UNCs of other signature combinations do exist. There are 24 listed as AU or better in the census.
