This was the only bank in town to issue Red Seals. Chartered in 1902, they issued 2,200 sheets of $5-5-5-5 and 1,730 sheets of $10-10-10-20 Red Seals. There have only been two Red Seals recorded, with this being the only #1. Excellent pen signatures of John P. Statler, President and E.M. Muin, Cashier. There is a tiny edge tear at the right.
