Well used, but without damage, save for a slightly frayed corner and one pinhole. The low outstanding of $810 in large size leads me to think that we won't see many new additions to the 11 notes already recorded. Other than an example sold in 1997, this piece is the only other large size note that has ever been offered on the bank.
