Extremely common with a Blue Seal, but just the opposite for the Red Seal. This new addition to the census is only the second Red Seal to surface on this bank. Oliver A. Kimmel signed in pen, as president. The cashier also signed in pen, but I can't decipher the name. The bold red color shows through despite light soiling.
