Other than a serial #1, this is the lowest reported serial number on this more difficult type. Only about two dozen notes exist with this particular Friedberg number, and few of them grade above Very Fine. The remains of a number written in blue pencil can be seen on the front, without which this note would have undoubtedly graded higher. As it is, PMG has graded it Fine 12.
