This is a very rare design type with the brown "L" below the brown seal. It was only used for a short while before they went to just the brown seal. There are five examples in museums and only six in private hands, with the best being an XF/AU that we sold in Memphis 2006 at $132,250. The last time a note this good was sold by us was in December 2000, as VG/Fine, and it realized $13,750.
