This Dallas note continues the ambiguity over when to include the 'a' in the Friedberg number when the type 'b' was not issued. I believe the 'a' should be included, if nothing more than to just be consistent. Although only one type was printed, this is a more available district with 18 pieces known. That is fortunate as the Dallas district has a large following. The grading of this example appears to be right on the money. The radar serial number is a little bonus.
