This note has seen better days, but up to now, not one Red Seal had been seen on Laurel by either Kelly or Track and Price. The bank printed 2,750 sheets of $5-$5-$5-$5 and 4,225 sheets of $10-$10-$10-$20 Red Seals, which might sound like more than enough notes to expect more to surface, but this is Mississippi, and Red Seals did not survive at the same rate as they did on other states. This example has several problems including a bluish back, but it is unique for type for this town.
