This is a one-bank town in Kandiyohl County that was only around from 1902 to 1929. No doubt this is the most impressive and best note on the bank. There were 1,225 sheets of $5-$5-$5-$5 and 930 sheets of $10-$10-$10-$20 Red Seals printed and there is only one other Red Seal reported. There are only 13 #1 Red Seals known on the state and two are here tonight! The quality is amazing and the pen signatures of Russell Spicer, President, and C. W.
