There were three national banks chartered in Westmoreland County but only two issued Red Seals. This bank was chartered in 1903, closing in 1917 and issuing 920 sheets of $10-$10-$10-$20 Red Seals. This is the only #1 note known and there are two other Red Seals also recorded. This note is evenly circulated but it has some light stains.
