A tough one-bank town from Tulare County that was chartered in 1903 and was liquidated in 1903, while issuing 2,250 sheets of $10-10-10-20 Red Seals. This is one of only two Red Seals known and it's a beauty. Impressive signatures of Wilks Mentz, President and H.C. Carr, Cashier. There are only six notes reported in the Track & Price records.
