Oh my gosh! What a beauty is this Franklin County bank note. There were two national banks in town, but neither has had much of a survival rate. This is, no doubt, the best known surviving note on this location. The pen signatures are quite but not legible. This note is rare and sure to please. If my name was Tom Phillips I would have to have this note!
