The first of 13 banks to be chartered in Syracuse, this decent Red Seal has the single digit charter #6. Collectors of the first 100 charters should find this note a little more interesting than a Blue Seal. Only 18 large notes are reported and four are Red Seals. An "in demand" bank. Pen signed by E.B.
