One of just two Red Seals reported on this one-bank town despite a Red Seal issue of 6,150 total sheets. The note exhibits a strong, unfaded overprint and if not for some soil on the back and one particularly heavy fold, the note would have been graded higher. It has been 20 years since a Red Seal from here has been available in a public auction. Strong signatures of H. Tuthill, President and B.C. Durland, Cashier.
