There are 29 large notes in this bank's census, but just a handful of Red Seals. Only five examples survived from an initial printing of 3,100 sheets. If this isn't the nicest, it is certainly tied for the honor. One piece, listed only as VF, sold at the 2009 FUN sale for over $1,300. Great pen signatures of James P. Philips, President and P.
