This pleasing note from Washington County is from the more common of the two national banks located in Nashville. Five examples remain from the 4,410 sheets of Red Seals printed, and several of them have been auctioned over the last few years. They consistently bring in the $2,000 range. Although in the census, this note has not been in a public sale until now. Nice stamped signatures of T. B. Needles, President, and L. Krughoff, Cashier.
