This mid-Civil War issue note has fairly strong paper and good inks. It also has two Interest Paid stamps on the back, both from Richmond. There is an ink stain at the bottom left of the note and ink from the stamps on the back has bled through to the face, but nothing else is wrong with this attractive note. This is a Pf-5.
