An attractive Confederate $100 with strong embossing and good inks. The owner(s) of this note must have moved around the deep south, as the note was issued in Mississippi, the first interest paid stamp on the back was from Alabama, and the second interest paid stamp was from Mississippi. The ink from the issuing stamps has bled through to the face. A portion of the note above is present at the upper left, due to an irregular cut. This is a Pf-10.
