Fr. 664 $50 1902RS

This bank was chartered in 1903 and it closed barely seven years later in 1910 after issuing 1,255 sheets of $5-5-5-5 and 2,940 sheets of $10-10-10-20 Red Seals, along with a few Date backs. Today there are four large notes reported, with three being Red Seals. This is a pleasing, evenly circulated note with a stamped signature of W.C. McEldonny, President, the cashier's signature is not decipherable. A rare Pittsburgh bank that is sure to please. From Spink, July 2007 at $7,000. --- Jess Lipka Red Seal Collection --- Jess Lipka Red Seal Collection
