This is a rare Value Back from Wyoming and a type that was seldom used. This Lincoln County bank has 35 large notes reported but only three are Value Backs - two $10s and one $20. This is a rare type that has nice body and excellent stamped signatures as well. The other $10 Value Back is graded as a worn out '2'. This note does have some heavier folds and a split on the left that is minor.
