This bank was chartered in June 1881, issuing a few First Charters, and continued on until 1933. There are only 11 large notes reported and this is the only $20 First Charter. It is a nice, evenly circulated note and has the best quality signatures possible. Signed by Geo. A. Dunham, Cashier and G.J. Reinsdell, President. This is the only First Charter ever offered publicly. The Dr. Wallace Lee Collection.
