This bank and town were missing from the DeGood Collection so we know it's rare. The bank was chartered on July 6, 1872 with this title and only a few months later, on Christmas Eve 1877, it changed location and town to the Second National Bank of Ionia. The bank was liquidated in January 1889. Only 3,375 sheets were printed with the first title and just over 7,000 with the second, but none are known. In 1910 the outstanding was $1,502.
