This charter was established in 1919 and Blue Seals are scarce with only four examples surviving from the 1,910 sheets printed of large size. This is the #1 note with the 'C' position. Pen signed by Anton Bingsmith, President and a cashier whose signature is easy to see but hard to decipher. There is a small split on an internal fold. This note realized $8,337 in a May 2005 Heritage sale. The Dr. Wallace Lee Collection.
