This banking institution was chartered in 1914 and issued Third Charter blue seals and small size. There are only four large notes reported and this one is equal to the best. A real beauty, previously from the DeGood collection, with excellent pen signatures of Chester I. Monroe, President and E. Sluiner, Cashier. The Dr. Wallace Lee Collection.
