Here is a lovely, high quality example from this bank that was chartered in 1902 and liquidated in 1914. Red Seals were the first type issued by the bank and this very pleasing example is one of five Red Seals known of just 16 large notes reported. Excellent printed signatures of Alex McPherson and Wm. T. DeGraff. This note was last sold in our June 1996 sale where it realized $1,100. The Dr. Wallace Lee Collection.
