This is Detroit's 16th chartered national bank. The bank was chartered in 1914 and liquidated in 1929. This beautiful note has been autographed for a presentation by John Ballentyne and R.F. Miller. This is from the same sheet as the DeGood $10 note with serial #9999 as well. Beautiful quality with just some minor handling. There are 30 large notes reported on the bank.
