This note fills all of Dr. Lee's criteria for belonging in his collection. This is the bank's first sheet printed and, of course, it's serial #1. This double #1 note is in top condition and has excellent pen signatures of C.H. Newmand and C.A. Kinsey. The census indicates 34 notes reported in $5, $10 and $20 Blue Seals. These were issued late and only for a short while and are always desirable. The Dr. Wallace Lee Collection.
