This is one of the rarest of all Michigan charters because it was chartered in 1865 and liquidated in 1874, after issuing 2,825 sheets of Original Series and First Charters only. This note is quite lovely and although the president's signature is not legible, the cashier's is quite clear. This note is problem free with decent overall appearance, probably a VF 20 if slabbed. The town is located in the southern tier of Michigan counties. The Dr. Wallace Lee Collection.
