There are eleven #1 Red Seals on the entire state of Texas and the cut sheet from this bank is part of that total. The bank was chartered in 1903 and printed 5,500 sheets of $10-10-10-20 Red Seals. Today one #1 is also known. Back in the Irish collection (1997) these sold from $5,000 to $7,700 and today that seems like a bargain. This note is a beautiful AU with excellent pen signatures of W.D.
