The tear in the body of the note is actually part of the printing error. There is a fragment of the green seal and a black district number on the back where the torn section had folded over during the printing process. The sheet must have twisted dramatically for the serial number to hit the corner as it did. There are stains along the folds, a missing corner tip and some pin holes. Graded Apparent VF 20, stains, missing UR corner, edge tear, printed fold over by PCGS.
