Grade: PMG Ch. Abt. UNC 58 EPQ
As close to uncirculated as a note can get without winning the grade. I've looked closely at it and I don't see the reason for the AU grade, but I can see the original embossing and natural paper wave. The seal is definitely a lighter green than the dark forest green color found on most 1928s, thus our designation of Light Green Seal, even though PMG did not specify the seal color.
