This popular Florida community had a total of nine national banks chartered within its city limits, but only two issued Red Seals, with this bank being the earliest. This bank was chartered in 1903 and was the first to issue Red Seals. There were 16,000 sheets of $5-5-5-5, 10,100 sheets of $10-10-10-20 and 2,000 sheets of $50-100. From that, eight Red Seals are known and three are $100s, the state's only $100s. The other five are two $5s and three $10s.
