This was the later bank of the two chartered in this O'Brien County seat. The bank was chartered in 1905 and issued Red Seals first but only 470 sheets of $10-$10-$10-$20. This is the sole surviving Red Seal from a bank with 15 large notes reported. A high-quality note with clear pen signatures of P. W. Hall, President, and E. A.
