Here is a truly amazing example of the 1882 Department Series with the small red seal and Lyons-Roberts signature combination. The quality is strictly mind-blowing with outrageous margins and exquisite color, paper and originality. As amazing as that is, there is a single note graded 68 PPQ a well. So there is a 68 PPQ and two 67 PPQs listed in the census. This example sure looks as good as they get to me, or technically tied for second best.
