Believe it or not, when this bank was chartered in 1866 it was the city's eighth national bank. It closed in 1877. The bank issued only First Charters from $1s to $100s. This example has an excellent appearance and wonderful pen signatures. One of 18 large notes reported on the bank and it's rarer than you think.
