As the principal city of the state, Little Rock had six national banks and four that issued Red Seals. This bank issued Red Seals first since it was chartered in 1903 and closing in 1914. They printed 10,000 sheets of $5-5-5-5 and 10,325 sheets of $10-10-10-20. The bank has 12 large notes reported but only seven Red Seals and clearly this example has to be as beautiful as any known.
