This Cameron County town had four national banks, but the only one to issue National Bank notes was this bank. It was chartered in 1903 and issued 4,875 sheets of $10-10-10-20 Red Seals. This note is one of two Red Seals to have survived. It's evenly circulated with a nicely penned signature of E.H. Goodrich, President and a poor signature of J.G. Fernandez, Cashier.
